Real Magic mushroom soup with truffles or mushrooms

A delicious recipe to eat your trip truffles. You can also use magic mushrooms instead of magic truffles. It will take about half an hour to makes this delicious truffle soup.

Ingredients neccesary for this soup 

  • Magic truffles (hollandia, atlantis, tampanensis, mexicana etc.) or mushrooms.
  • 100 grams of each: oyster mushrooms, chestnut mushrooms, shii-take and normal mushrooms.
  • Two shallots
  • One herb bouillon cube
  • 1 cup of demi crème fraîche
  • Chives and parsley
  • Olive oil

How do you make truffle soup?

  • Chop de challots
  • Take a stockpot. Heat oil and fry the challots
  • Cut the mushrooms into small pieces and add them with the challots
  • Make 700 mililiters of broth with the broth cube. Pour in the  broth
  • Cut the truffles or mushrooms into very thin slices and add them
  • Let the broth simmer for ten minutes
  • Then, puree a portion of the soup in the blender. Or puree it all. It’s your choice.
  • Add everything together in the stockpot. As last you have to stir in the crème fraiche and the green herbs
  • It’s possible to add some salt and pepper
