  • ½ pound of dried chick peas (picked over, soaked, and drained)

  • 2 cups of cooked pinto beans
  • 2 tablespoon of taco seasoning mix
  • ¼ cup sour cream
  • ¼ cup Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 small, diced tomato
  • ¼ cup diced bell pepper
  • ¼ cup chopped jalapeno pepper
  • 3 tablespoons chopped cilantro
  • 2 tablespoons sliced black olives
  • 8 grams of fresh magic mushrooms


  1. Mash the beans until you get a smooth texture. Add 1 tablespoon of taco seasoning mix.
  2. Get another bowl. Combine the sour cream, Greek yogurt and another tablespoon of taco seasoning mix.
  3. Place the fresh magic mushrooms in a food processor until smooth.
  4. Spread the beans on the bottom layer of the bowl.
  5. Spread the cream mixture on top of the beans.
  6. Add a very thin layer of the mushed magic mushroom on top.
  7. Sprinkle the cheese over the sour cream.
  8. Sprinkle the remaining layers: peppers, olives, and cilantro.
  9. Serve with tortilla chips.

Shroomy Sour Cream Chip Dip

This recipe is perfect for parties!


  • 16 ounces sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons dried minced onion
  • 1 tablespoon dried dill weed
  • 2 teaspoons dried parsley
  • 1 tablespoon garlic salt
  • 8 grams of dried magic mushrooms


  1. Grind the dried magic mushrooms until they become a fine powder.
  2. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl until well blended.
  3. Chill in the refrigerator for an hour.
  4. Store in an airtight container.

  1. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese, mayonnaise, cheddar, chilies, peppers and ¼ cup Parmesan until blended.
  2. Spoon the mixture into a baking dish.
  3. Combine the bread crumbs, oil and remaining parmesan.

  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes at 350°
  6. Sprinkle the dried magic mushrooms.
