When your payment arrives at Trufflemagic you should receive an automated confirmation e-mail.

Bank transfer 

If you have not received a payment confirmation within 3 working days please contact us.

Cash

If you have not received a payment confirmation within 3 weeks (Europe) to 5 weeks (outside Europe) after sending: contact us.
