How to Microdose Effectively
Dosage of Microdosing
James Fadiman suggests one tenth of an effective dose.
For mushrooms, this is 0.2 to 0.5 grams and for LSD 10 micrograms, although somewhere between 6 and 12 micrograms is recommended.
