A nice tasteful magic truffle recipe. You can also use magic mushrooms instead of magic truffles. This recipe is for two persons.
Ingredients for Magic Truffle Toast:
- Two portions magic truffles or mushrooms
- Four slices of bread
- A little butter and olive oil
- A garlic bulb
- A shallot
- Halve a portion mushrooms
- A dash of sherry
- 1 cup of demi crème fraîche
- A little cornstarch
- Fresh Parsley
- Fresh thyme
- Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper
Making the magic truffle toast
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees
- Roast the toasts
- Butter the toasts
- Cut the shallots and mushrooms in small pieces. Cut the magic truffle as small as posible
- Heat de olive oil in a frying pan. Put the shallots and mushrooms in the frying pan and fry them.
- Add the garlic, pepper, salt and sherry in the pan
- Mix the cornstarch and crème fraiche
- Add the mixed cornstarch and crème fraiche
- Mix all ingredients without the parmesan cheese
- Spread all ingredients on the toasts and add the parmesan cheese
- Put the toasts in the oven and wait for five minutes
